Nicholas R. Sabatine, III, Esquire Biography

Attorney at Law, President

Nick was born and raised in Roseto, PA. He developed an interest in law because his father’s
brother served as Secretary for the Roseto Borough Council, and issues regarding local
government and legal questions were frequently discussed as he was growing up. Upon entering
private practice after law school, Nick served as Solicitor for the Roseto Borough Council for 20
years.

Nick went to Lafayette College in Easton, PA for his undergraduate degree in English and the
University of Toledo School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor degree. Following law
school, he returned to Northampton County to open his law office, which he has operated for
almost 50 years. In the years following, Nick worked with family to build several successful
garment manufacturing companies, which his parents operated until their retirement.

Nick’s father was an operating engineer on construction, Nick worked as a laborer on
construction through college and law school, and coming from a working-class background, he
learned to appreciate the benefits of that life as well as the hardships. Most of Nick’s clients are
working folks who need help when they get injured in accidents or through medical malpractice
or when their relationships take a wrong turn.

Nick’s most memorable experiences in his career involve helping people survive the physical
and financial hardships suffered as a result of the negligence of others. For Nick, it is important
to know he has been able to help people who cannot help themselves when it comes to seeking
justice.

Nick’s main hobbies outside of work are playing golf and songwriting. Nick has produced three
albums since 2010 dealing with mostly national political issues.

Outside of his legal career, Nick served as Councilman on the Northampton County Council and
also served as the Chairman of a state and then national political party, which was an outgrowth
of the political campaigns of Ross Perot in the early 1990s. During that time, Nick received recognition from members within the party for leadership. Nick also participated as a candidate
for Congress in Pennsylvania on two occasions.

Nick’s main professional focus is on civil litigation, estate planning, and domestic relations. Nick
has been licensed in Pennsylvania since 1976, and most of his work is in Pennsylvania State
Courts with occasional work in the Eastern and Middle District Federal Courts. He has also
litigated several personal injury cases in the State of West Virginia.
